After booking, you will receive an email with the access code to the building and apartment.

Is there internet access in the apartment?

In all apartments, guests have free access to wireless internet (WiFi).

Is there an elevator in the building?

There is no elevator in the building. Apartment No. 6 is located on the second floor.

What types of payment methods do you offer?

Payment by cash / card at the reception of the apartments (Hotel Green, 24/7) or by card remotely.

Is parking available?

Public paid parking is available on site, where it is not possible to reserve a parking space. 350 m from the apartment - under the Kaponiera Roundabout - there is a 24-hour, underground paid parking.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

On request, we issue a VAT invoice and send it by email.

Is breakfast included?

The price of accommodation in the apartment does not include any meals.

Do you accept animals?

Pets are not allowed.

Is it possible to add extra beds?

There is no capacity for extra beds in the apartments.

Can I rent a bicycle?

For a small fee, you can rent a bike as part of the Poznań City Bike service. The rental point is located at Kaponiera Roundabout, 350 m from the apartment.
